We raise both egg laying and meat chickens. They are all pasture raised and eat plenty of grass and bugs. Their diets are supplemented with local non-GMO grain. Meat birds are split up into “tractors” and are moved onto fresh pasture twice a day every day. Ohio laws allow us to butcher up to 1000 birds for direct farm sales, however we cannot part them out ourselves. We do send some to the butcher in order to offer parts for those who are interested. Currently, we offer whole chickens, boneless skinless chicken breasts or tenderloins, wings, ground chicken, and maple sausage (yes, chicken sausage!) links.
